I been thinking on the VR push?

If we get any vr i think it wont be till the next generation cycle. They are still approaching VR as a fad and if anything i would expect to see more of mixed reality in thw future judging by how microsoft as a whole are really pushing in that direction
in the V.R space.

I would much rather see Xbox support 3rd party headsets than create their own. I think VR is great, but space is a major factor for me at the moment and no doubt many others. Just because Phill Spencer is not pushing VR in the next-gen does not mean Microsoft
are not pursuing the tech. Just look at Hololens, a lot of money has been spent on that tech, but it is only being marketed at the enterprise market at the moment and no doubt that is future tech that could come to the Xbox family.

I would not rule out VR/ mixed reality in the future of Xbox and I am remaining optimistic. I have been fortunate to try Hololens at the London store in the summer and it was just an amazing experience but it is not a mass market product yet and it is still
pretty pricey.

There is a future with VR in it, but I don’t think it is the future of gaming. VR in it’s current form is not for everyone and it still has a long way to go.

I think VR has been slow to get off the ground. But it is getting better and better each time quite honestly. Superhot is a great VR game and there are a few really great VR games out there.

I'm excited for them sure, I think its still way too early to start pushing them and talking about them though.

Also, I hope VR/AR integration comes to Xbox soon. That's be great.

I have said for a long time, I would love to see at least an inch of a VR brought to Xbox. I was really upset when PlayStation 4 had VR capability and Xbox did not. Then again, I do realize Microsoft does make very nice PCS to push VR capabilities.
