I been [mod removed] off by a Xbox ambassador why

Ok first a reset is actually a troubleshooting step

Second are you part of the xbox insiders program if so you should've followed the insiders instruction and post all issues on the regedit/xboxinsiders

If you aren't in it then make room and then update (only if you aren't in insiders there are additional steps for insiders but again please refer to insiders program for troubleshooting insiders )

Also you can use the osu ifnit in insiders

Please don't do these steps if in insiders as you cannot get normal updates

To go with severity though? I called a scammer a [mod removed]? Did I scam him for money? Did I threaten him? Did I get racist or go after his personal appearance the way he did with me? Have I been suspended before?

I never modded my gamerscore. I dont even know when nor why my gamerscore was corrected, but if i was removed from the Ambassador Program why am i still able to sign in and answer questions?

It still isn't resolved... Anyone got a solution? Because I haven't been able to play xbox on my
[Mod Removed] profile for a month now and it's [Mod Removed] me off...
