i been having this error

on minecraft it doesn't download the packs from the servers even though I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling and I wanted to play Minecraft servers on my Xbox series x and Minecraft is one of my favorites and i got 2 servers working but the others doesn't want to download

Thank you so much for that, sorry as I thought there is a specific error. Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

like it just wont download it will say downloading but will never download and it been trying to download for the past few hours

1) Change your password right *NOW*.

2) You should never carelessly place information anywhere! Think of a password as your life, you give it to someone you die! (You lose your account in this case).

3) You should *NOT* of recovered your gamertag, you should of instantly called the support line!

4) Contact support right *NOW* and say all of your details what the problem is and make sure to mention that you *DID* recover it or else they will assume it's you.
