To prevent this from happening again, I recommend adding a PIN to your account or editing your privacy settings.

Edit Privacy Settings

1. Press the Xbox Button

2. Go to Profile & System

3. Select Settings

4. Under Account > Online Safety & Family > Privacy & Online Safety

5. Select Xbox Privacy

6. Select View Details and Customize

7. SelectBuy & Download > Turn On

but I ended up doing the appeal and it made me submit it over and over again so I feel like they got it blank when i typed something there

Doesn't matter. If they denied it, there is nothing else that can be done.

An appeal is the only way to possibly be unsuspended. If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.
