I attempted to buy Roblox and the money came out of my acct but did not give my grandson...

This is the lamest thing I've ever heard of and its down right some shady [Mod Removed] that Micro$oft is doing.

A parental / master account should be able to transfer funds to / from children accounts with ease. This nonsense of locking money to a specific acct is
[Mod Removed]. I'm beyond frustrated with M$ regarding the handling of funds. It's all one family unit and all monies should be transferrable between the accounts as directed by the family manager(s).

I've got $50 sitting on my son's acct that I can't do anything with and they refuse to issue a refund. In my son's example, he downloaded the Roblox game from the Microsoft Store. He then wanted ROBUX and asked me to add money to his acct, of which I did.
Come to find out, you can't buy ROBUX for PC using your Microsoft Acct balance. That makes no sense. One would logically assume that if you buy/download a game from the Microsoft Store, then that particulars game in-app content should also be purchasable
from your account balance. I hate M$ because of stupid [Mod Removed] like this.

Although the Roblox game is free it belongs to Roblox Corporation, i.e. as much as your child has the Microsoft account, so that he can play Roblox the account must be linked to the Developer of Roblox.

Nope. It was an in-game item on Roblox. And Roblox customer support already told me they don't give out refunds, and the game creators cannot give out refunds either.

It's sad, it really is. Because now I have to tell my son that he can't spend any more money on Roblox from now on. And it's sad because it's not his fault. It's the greed within Roblox.

And refusing to put the customer first. They can care less about thier player or customer base. All they care about is money. Well, they won't see another dime from me. I'm going to take this up with my credit card company.

Won't that sign out Netflix on all of the other profiles? My concern is, I didn't sign into my brothers acct. using my profile on his Xbox. When he (using his own ms acct.) signed into his nfx acct. it automatically did the same on my profile (his Xbox)

I did have it all written down. But I somehow lost it in the past 5 yrs. There has to be a way to get my acct back. I am using my free 1 month subscription tempporarily for my new xbox. Ive tried these forms 5 times now. Is there any other way??? It is very
