    I ordered a xbox 360 s ac adapter because the one i have isnt working anymore. I was told since my warranty is done, that i would have to pay $35 + tax in order to get one. i payed the price and i was told that i have to wait 3-5 days in order to receive
    my item, its been 5 days and i was wondering, how can i check my items shipping using the service request number because the agent told me that i could check the shipping state of the package using the service request number.
