Discus and support I asked for help but my posts were deleted... in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I haven't received my 5,000 box Live Credits earned on June the 6th.     I asked for help but my posts were deleted...


    I haven't received my 5,000 box Live Credits earned on June the 6th.

    You said I will get them on June the 30th but it's July the 11th and no one can

    tell me what happened to them.

    And also my 2 las attemps to get help where deleted from the forums.....

    I NEED HELP XBOX QUEST REWARDS NOT RECEIVED

    I don't know what happened to my post but it got deleted and I am not happy about it since I have waited over 3 weeks now for a response only come to find out that all my post were deleted!

    I have been waiting for my MAY quest rewards, and March Quest Rewards that I never received.

    I do not understand what it is that is going on to prevent me from receiving the rewards as I am compliant with the task that were asked and have it logged to make sure that I did. I have screen shots if needed of the xbox messages.

    Can someone please look into this.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to a maintenance issue, the end of month deposit for June was postponed. This deposit should now occur by the end of July, at the latest.

    Same here.. I posted about a missing 7600 points over a week ago, no replies, and then post was deleted.. its almost like they don't want to answer these queries..
