I appear to have lost approx 10000 from my gamer score.

Discus and support I appear to have lost approx 10000 from my gamer score. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was nearing 100000 gamerscore, logged into Xbox One yesterday and it now approx 83000?     I appear to have lost approx 10000 from my gamer score.


    I was nearing 100000 gamerscore, logged into Xbox One yesterday and it now approx 83000?

    I've tried Xbox support twice now and they've recommendead posting my problem on here.

    Any help would be great.

    its bin over a month now and my vip badges still have not updated i have over 10000 gamer score?

    I appear to have lost approx 10000 from my gamer score.

    I would check the Enforcement site to see if any adjustment has been made. http://Enforcement.Xbox.com has a panel where you can see any enforcement actions taken. If so you would also have gotten
    an email regarding this. Enforcement adjustments would be due to scores being gained inappropriately. I can't think of any other reason a score would decrease, unless you were playing offline and upon going online you were synced to your last online save.

    It says I've got a perfect record. I'm wondering if somehow my Xbox One score has stopped being added on for some reason?

    Anyone else with ideas?

    HOF 10,000 gamer score points

    I thought we get reward points in addition to our gamer score. So 20000. 10000 from our achievement points and then 10000 for the punchcard. I thought our gamerscore equates to reward points

    Cant earn achievements from 2010 games and older

    but the thing is since then I earned 10000 gamer-score worth of achievements, So i cant just do that, and I'm pretty attached to this profile.
