I apart the game since March 6

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning an inability to access the Mortal Kombat 11 beta on your Xbox one console.

If you pre-ordered the game through the Microsoft store, you would automatically gain access to the beta, all you would have to do in this case is search within the Microsoft store for the exact name, "Mortal Kombat 11 beta," and then install the title from
there.

If the game was pre-ordered through a 3rd party retailer, or rather a store other than the Microsoft store, you would have been provided a code from that store would give the same access as the above mentioned Microsoft store process.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

If you look back nearly all that stuff has only been in the 6 months max apart from killer instinct ibe had my xbox since march did buy a day one edition with fifa 14 and forza 5 download codes at a dropped price so I was even luckier lol

Thought it was apart of the Update on March 4th. So the Twitch update will be on the 11th of March alongside with Titanfall. Good to know.

I'm assuming in the US I'll be able to buy it on March 6 digitally. I'm hoping since I live on the west coast it'll show up in the store on March 5 at 9 pm so I can purchase, have it downloaded and ready to play on the 6th.

Probably wishful thinking since I don't think MS updates the store that late but we'll see.

Since your purchase was done in February, it was done before those dates and would not be eligible.
