    I an unable to download any jigsaw puzzles after purchasing them.


    I purchased a jigsaw puzzles with my gold bars but it only stays in limbo and it will not download, as well as the free ones. So, what can you do to correct the issues.

    Downloading Jigsaw puzzles.

    I am unable to download puzzles whether purchased or free while running Microsoft Jigsaw puzzle app. I purchased the trains puzzle and it took away my gold bars but never downloaded the puzzles. Unable to download free puzzles sets.

    Microsoft jigsaw won't download puzzle collection

    Does anyone know how to delete jigsaw puzzle collections when they are completed.. It is one of my favorite games, but when I download them and can't DELETE them .. I don't want to use all my space for puzzles..

    PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THE COMPLETED JIGSAW PUZZLES.

    I would like to retrieve all the jigsaw puzzles that I have purchased from the Microsoft store. Please tell me how I can do that as the Microsoft store does not show the puzzles that I have purchased from them. I would like to have them re-installed.

    This is really wierd. After I left tis question , I went back to jigsaw and it was totally changed. The coincs were there but almost none of my puzzle groups are there and when I go to download some of them, they aren't in the list. Very strange.
