I am yet to receive my 3 month music pass

Okay so I purchased groove for one month while this ‭‭https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/groove/evergreenplusthree.aspx?ocid=groove_Web_4mosfree&crm=groove
was active. However my groove ran out on the 25th of February and I am ye a to revive my 3 months free groove. I have checked my email multiple times.

I have been informed in a chat to post here(as I should have a code) and one of the promotion team would help.

I am in Canada it was an offer through my dashboard towards the end of July so I don't have the link but it was a buy 1 month of microsoft groove and get the next 3 months free but I am yet to receive the code for my 3 months.
