I am wondering why I can download things on the Xbox app on one account but not another ASAP

Try to follow the steps and troubleshooting by clicking the Fix it now error message.

If same issue, sign out your account on Microsoft Store and Xbox app.

Keep your device and Xbox app updated.

• Verify that you have the latest version of the Xbox Console Companion app on Windows 10
  

Restart device.

Turn off or disable any antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer.

Launch Microsoft Store and sign in back to your account.

Launch Xbox app and sign in back to your account.

Try to redownload game/s.

Ya Everything looks fine on the Microsoft account thing and in settings so right when I launch Xbox app this says error





or it sometimes says that ii am on a different account on Microsoft store then xbox app but I am on same account and I even look at details and it says they are connected

Sorry i have been busy i just made everything and I have an alt so I know that it works I just don't know how to sign into the account on xbox app and also it will not let me delete the error so I cant even try to redownload fight sim
