If you lost access to your Microsoft account and will need to wait 30 days to change the security information of the account to recover it, then I'm sorry but there is nothing you can do. There is no way to bypass the 30 days waiting period.

I have not tried to do a purchase since I want to play games that you can play with a game pass. And since I have payed 0.1 cent I think my membership is active but I have to wait for the security improvement to kick in the 14th.

I am having the same issue, I went to download the DLC from the store in Metro Last Light and it seems as if my season pass isn't there and I still have to pay for the DLC, I have yet to download or pay for it again. I re-downloaded the Season Pass but that

You have to create the account in your console

The PC created dosen´t gain the "free month" (inside "" because you can acess some gold services in that month, but still have inssues whif some games servers, that servers; like capcom one´s; demand´s a gold payed one!!!).

You can use "3" months for try (because MS permit the 3 first created accounts (create accounts for your family they can play in order their saves and all can test the gold period)gain the 1 month trial (and remember that only works in new machines!!! refruished
or used can´t gain)

And remember when you create in the moment you option for gold or silver choses i want to chose later (or silver if that option don´t show)and after that you gain you 1 month trial.
