I am very disappointed with the new Xbox one Controller

Hi guys, first of all I do not own a Xbox one console, I only have an Xbox one controller. Nearly a month ago, I ordered an Xbox one controller to use it with my Pc and I am using it since then. Although I use my controller with ultimate care, I can
see nail scratches all over my thumb sticks. The shiny part of the controller is also full of scratches and I only used a microfiber cloth to clean my controller. I made a quick research on the internet and a lot of people also complains about the same issues.
Do you guys also suffer from the same issues ?

For me the only issue is the lack of exposed screws, now after use there is give at the seems and there is nothing you can do about it.

Bad apples are on the side of the company. Many people are wasting cash on controllers that fail too soon. Why do you think this thread exists? Come on good apple.

 

Well I have had my controller from day one and used it for many hours and it still looks like new. So no idea how your is in that state.

 

Mine also looks new from a distance but when you look at a close distance, you can see scratches on the middle of thumbstick.

 

I just checked my controller and there is no scratches at all.

 

I cant really say im noticing any tear on my controllers either (besides on the analog sticks where the "shaft" hits the edges of the controller frame,which i dont have a problem with)

I have had mine for 8 months and it cosmetically looks perfect still. Nothing like the pictures. Maybe trim or file your thumb nails so they are not so sharp. only thing i can really suggest.

 

I have three of them for two xbox ones and the thumb sticks suck. All of them have at least one thumb stick that's kinda lose in the socket. I also have 3 ps4 controllers and the sticks are tight.
