    Its been over a month and I have yet to receive my power cord for my xbox one i call every week to see if any thing has changed and nothing has they keep lying to me and i spent over $3,000 with Microsoft I am really ashamed in you guys to be treating your customers
    like this I really thin im done with xbox as soon as they send my power cord to me

    I'm sorry to hear about your troubles, but please don't "ever" give out your email on the forums. Just curious, but have you ever bought membership on the Xbox360?

    Hey mate,

    That does suck, but you have to remember this cord is coming through the post though, so it can take some time. The order needs to be processed, packed, then shipped, so it can take time, and I'm sure they have a lot of orders to go through as well.

    Anyways, there isn't much we can do for you here, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that it arrives soon for you!

    Fifty, that is about the only smart choice I made. I refused to get an Xbox One at launch and waited until they dropped the Kinect. I also passed on the $99 COD / AW Pro Edition because my gut told me something would go wrong with the download. At least
    I'm only out $59 for the game. I too loved the 360 and am so disappointed with the Xbox One. Hey, it's got a BluRay player though! Looks like the Xbox One is the new PS3. Wait a sec, at least the PS3 had 3D capability. *** you Microsoft!
