I am very disappointed. I have been banned unfairly from xbox live.

I have been banned from xbox live unfairly. I have been banned from communicating as well as playing online, but i did absolutely nothing. I checked out my enforcement and it states that i am banned for 2 weeks, now i just recieved another email from xbox
on my gmail saying the duration of my banned is now 100 days, i am not sure this is true but regardless i do not deserve to be banned, i was not sending threats, trolling or harrasing anyone or using profanity. I swear on my life i have not done anything related
to the code of conduct. I need to speak with someone immediately, i have been banned from playing online and communicating but i submitted a case review and they told me the same thing, that i was harrasing players or anything that has to do with code of conduct.
I am extremely upset.

My xbox account (IPoZxTRICKSHOT) was banned a year or so back and it was banned unfairly i contacted live supported and have been banned unfairly for "modding and cheating" which was 100% incorrect and i feel it should be unbanned

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

Only thing you may want to ask yourself is does anyone else have access to your console and your account, if say a brother or sister has played on your account then they may have abused someone, if this is the case then the ban wont be lifted because you
are responsible for what happens on your account.

 

Most of the Code of Conduct is common sense and based off exercising a healthy good conscience. It's not the system that is in question. It's people's behavior that is in question. There are people asking why I got banned when they lack the ability to meditate
and use their brain to find out why they could have been.....

You are responsible for all actions with your account. Even if your sister, brother, uncle, mum, dad, daughter, son, friend, neighbor, dog, cat, someone else, has used it. If someone is using your account without your authorization, you can change your account
password and email associated with your account. And even report it to Xbox Support which may be able to offer you advice. Swearing or calling people names and what have you, is against the rules. You do the crime, you do the time.

has picked up on.

I was not doing any of that i swear. I have a password too no one is on my account. I really do not know what i did wrong. And the fact that i got banned for communication and 2 days later i get banned from playing online, get me even more pissed off. Its
also wierd how it happened around the end of the month.

 

Enforcement actions aren't limited to a certain time of the month so not sure why it's weird you got suspended at the end of the month.

They don't just pick a random gamertag & give it a suspension.

For 100 day suspension it's not your first offence.

If you've filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it.

 

Could you possibly have been spawn camping or **** etc?

Getting banned isn't just a case of you sent an abusive message, it can also be for unsporting gameplay.

 

I mean i was helping my friend boost in COD: BO3, thats it, i didn't boost only my friend did but he needed my help, so maybe i got banned for that but maybe not because he didn't get banned, not a single message from xbox. My friend mods for a lot of games,
i don't engage with him, but he does not get banned.

 

I just got banned because someone sexually harassed me and I told them to stop sexually harassing me and I'm the one that got banned

 

You must have said a bit more than "stop sexually harassing me"

Try to file a case review at enforcement and whilst on their pages, read every bit of information. This will help you understand how they work and in future issues, keep you from a suspension.
