I am very disappointed by the support Xbox France.

Everything of abors I am anxious to apologize for my English because I am French.

Yesterday I called the support Xbox France because my pad and my headphones sound all 2 excep services. The customer service has me to inform that second year I had to make the exchange with my retailer.

Today I went(surrendered) to my retailer's ( Fnac) who informed me much to my surprise that accessories was not taken care by the guarantee.

So I am willing to understand that has me lever and my headphones are not guaranteed any more. However I find inadmissible in view of the false information given by the support(medium) Xbox France where was made to me
no commercial gesture in view of the dysfunction that it occurred in their service.

I am very dissatisfied.

disappointed by Microsoft support.

Has Microsoft somehow justified that?

My console is about to be replaced, but Microsoft can not make it in acceptable time. Can last up to 28 days, was told me. Everywhere you can buy the console, but Microsoft has no stock. Pretty sad.

I'm so disappointed by Microsoft support. I have buy a xbox one x for Christmas. The console is defective and mircrosoft refuses to replace it for the moment ....

Sorry to hear it. Accessories such as headsets, controllers, chatpads are covered under a 90 day warranty. If they are within 90 days of purchase you can set up an exchange with phone support.

Whether or not a store will exchange items is solely at the discretion of the store itself and has nothing to do with Microsoft.

Hey mate,

That does suck, but you have to remember this cord is coming through the post though, so it can take some time. The order needs to be processed, packed, then shipped, so it can take time, and I'm sure they have a lot of orders to go through as well.

Anyways, there isn't much we can do for you here, but I'll keep my fingers crossed that it arrives soon for you!

I already got my XBOX One but am very disappointed with the wheels supported. I'm really looking forward to the support of FANATEC.

I have this issue as well. I've tried all the appropriate support pages and am now on hold for chat support. I am very disappointed.
