    hey rewardsteam,

    since december 2016 i have buy assetto corso,ezio collection,many rockband4 songs and resident evil. i have 71% on level 4 vip. now,ich have 4%. **** ???

    where my **** rewardspoints.

    meanwhile,i hate this system. no transparence,**** lies everwhere.

    help before i crushed my **** head in my xbox one s!!!

    MyVip resets every year. Normally it is in September, but this year they gave us a few extra months to make it January to December which is easier to remember then August to September.

    The staff will advise you of the same thing, however they do not monitor the discussion forum. If you want to hear the same answer from them you will need to re-post and change the forum type to "Support".

    hey there join samples. please read the service agreement you accept. the details are stated there. also . please open up your wlid email once in a while. it's the only way the team has to communicate wiht you about your account and the state
    it's in. i'm sorry you're mad but when all the info is here for you ..... seems like you are not carefully handling your account with microsoft at all.

    I am VERY angry at xbox live...

    it is not MS's fault you did not check your email that tells you multiple times before it charges your card, you had plenty of time to have the auto renew turned off before it charged you 3 times. and no, your not gonna get that money back since you agreed
    to it when you bought the first one. the only time you do not get the auto renew turned on is if i you buy the pre pay cards in stores. NOTE if you ever buy another GOLD on the console the auto renew turns back on.
