    Noone is downplaying your thoughts at all if you actualy know what online services does you would know your answer

    Online servicez will nwver tell you uow they caught you as it would leave ways for people to bypass them

    If it is a repeat offence thats self explainatory like bad names with offencive names repeating over and over again

    Servicez only can take repeT offencives so many times

    If you read the actual faq on the team you would know they take network data and ingame results upholdable in court

    If you wan to make a conspiracy this isnt the forums for it

    This is for support questions

    If you qant to discuss things with the pet team you have been sirected to the correct forums

    If it is your child best bet ask the child most of the time they know what they did

    4 months ago I talked to a customer support representative about my account being breached. They said there was nothing they could do. Trust me atm I know what I am doing lol. I am a former ambassador. Obviously removed due to nothing. Possibly inactivity
    with the program. But I know my stuff. Technically I am just here to inform everyone that I am suing. Regardless if this thread gets locked or not it is happening.

    If your account was breached, the same thing applies. you will need to contact Xbox Support to open an unauthorized account case, this may result in them temporary locking the account to investigate.

    Either way the people at the forums can't assist with this issue, only Xbox Support can.

    So the advise is to contact Xbox Support again, to investigate the 'breach' on your account and to work out a solution for the suspension due to the payment issue.

    If they couldn't pull the money out of my bank account 3 months ago then don't give me live. Simple as that. Ik how auto billing works as well. And Ik many companies who aren't like this. Such as my internet provider, cable provider, electric company, water
    and gas company. If they couldn't pull money from account it gets shut off right away. And Ik xbox used to work the same way with auto renewal. Why would they let me go 3 months with live when I didn't even pay for it 3 months ago? If anything this is their
    fault not mine. I got my subscription back but I'm filing a lawsuit for the 80 they owe me.

    Why is it that they give me live if I have insufficient funds. If they knew my account didn't have any money then don't give me gold. Simple as that. Don't suspend my account 3 months after you couldn't take money out of my account.

    Sorry, but it is not possible to use currency on your account to purchase a gold subscription. Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold subscription card in store.
