    Bingo game. Keep losing connection or cannot get connection. If I get through a game, it freezes up and I do not get points or keys.

    Microsoft Bingo

    Please help. I am able to connect to Microsoft Bingo and go into Social. I am not able to send gifts to Bingo friends. I am only able to redeem one gift at a time. This is very time consuming and not very much fun. I am getting really frustrated because
    this is going on day after day. I have reset Microsoft Bingo and Xbox.

    4 months ago I talked to a customer support representative about my account being breached. They said there was nothing they could do. Trust me atm I know what I am doing lol. I am a former ambassador. Obviously removed due to nothing. Possibly inactivity
    with the program. But I know my stuff. Technically I am just here to inform everyone that I am suing. Regardless if this thread gets locked or not it is happening.

    If your account was breached, the same thing applies. you will need to contact Xbox Support to open an unauthorized account case, this may result in them temporary locking the account to investigate.

    Either way the people at the forums can't assist with this issue, only Xbox Support can.

    So the advise is to contact Xbox Support again, to investigate the 'breach' on your account and to work out a solution for the suspension due to the payment issue.

    If they couldn't pull the money out of my bank account 3 months ago then don't give me live. Simple as that. Ik how auto billing works as well. And Ik many companies who aren't like this. Such as my internet provider, cable provider, electric company, water
    and gas company. If they couldn't pull money from account it gets shut off right away. And Ik xbox used to work the same way with auto renewal. Why would they let me go 3 months with live when I didn't even pay for it 3 months ago? If anything this is their
    fault not mine. I got my subscription back but I'm filing a lawsuit for the 80 they owe me.
