I am unable to update this game!

Hi,

I just got this game last week, and decided to install it! I inserted the game disc into my console, and it started installing autoatically. I was having a hard time installing this game the first time, it stopped at 93%, and I saw the screen displayed some
message that I had to eject the game disc to clean off the stain. So I put it back into the console, let it run the installation process. It finally worked to 100% installation complete. After that, the screen showed "updating" of this game and stopped right
there, nothing moved on. I don't know what I should do next. Why did the game stop right there? Is it because the game disc is broken? Does this have to do with my poor internet speed?

PvZ Garden Warfare Connection Issues.

Hello, everybody. I am having a pretty irritating issue with PvZ GW(as mentioned in the title). I am able to connect to the games menu, but whenever I try to join a multiplayer game I get "Unable to connect, please check your connection and try again." Typical EA... But the thing is, it has worked before. I am pretty irritated, because I am a huge fan of Scientist.

Try this: Uninstall the game. Set the game to reinstall and immediately put the console in sleep mode. Try to let the console sleep during the entire installation. The install will go much faster and have reduced chance of error in sleep mode. After a bit,
wake the console up and install the update. You may wish to put the console in sleep mode once the update starts. Again, this will make it update faster with reduced chance of error. Then wake the console up a bit later and see if that worked. It should work.

The Xbox is always in sleep mode when you turn it off unless you hold the power button on the console for ten seconds to power it down.

Sorry a bit confused here! Are you saying that once it starts installing, turn the console off by my controller and the progress will still be running until updating completed? Sorry but I am still trying to get familiar with Xbox One system! I though once
I turn off the console, every running program would stop!

This happened to me, and I stopped the install, reset my console by holding down the power button for a few minutes (until the power brick turned orange) then turning it back on. After I logged back in, I installed again, and there was no problems. I hope
this helps. If the error occurs again after this, perhaps it's your internet, or the fact that you have a lot of apps opened up in the background.
