    I am unable to sign in with a Microsoft account on my ps4.


    I have created a new Microsoft account multiple times but none of them will connect to my PlayStation. It keeps saying that the Microsoft account is already linked to another account on PlayStation network.

    or maybe it has something to do with the fact that I have signed in with a different Microsoft account on the current PlayStation account I am trying to use but I had been signed out of the account when minecraft updated a while ago.

    (PS. I can sign into my microsoft account everywhere else.)

    Minecraft cross platform syncing issues.

    Everything is set to allow. My worlds are still unable to sync. I signed into my Microsoft profile on minecraft and there is no option on the ps4 to sync my old worlds.

    Hello Georges, thank you for replying to my question. Yes I have Windows 11 version 21H2. I unfortunately can't download the Xbox companion app due to the problem of being unable to sign into a Microsoft account on my computer. I am able to sign into my Microsoft account on the Xbox and Microsoft website its just the apps I have trouble signing in to.
