I am unable to sign in to the xbox enforcement page

My account was falsely suspended, I know this because I do not use Xbox for anything except talking to my personal friends, anyways, I am trying to make an appeal and whenever I try and take the first step which is signing into the Xbox enforcement page it physically does not let me. sometimes it brings me the sign in page and other times it does not at all, but when I do get the sign in page it, after signing in and waiting about 20 seconds or so it brings me back to the Xbox enforcement page without even signing me in. so that's that.

I also am very frustrated with Xbox and Microsoft support because there is no option to their support page that solves my issue, I mean seriously all I want to do is talk to a real person.

Kindly try and use a different device and a different browser, if possible use a Microsoft Edge. Because they are the dedicated team that handles enforcement concern.

Seriously?i have wrote clearly that im unable to sign in at all. When i click sign in it does nothing except refresh the page.Now if i sign in to xbox,com and then try sign in to enforcement i can with different account but if i try same routine with banned
account it does nothing but refresh the enforcement page.
