I am unable to set auto redeem on my series x console, or edge in windows 11 at all since...

has auto redeem been broken for everyone? I have been unable to set it since getting last movie auto redeem title, now the xbox series x cannot set it either to their $10 gift card for the xbox console, and I get this error message now, when I try to set it.

that's all it saying to me, besides what looks like a got a temporarily restricted message, I did nothing to breach terms their of service at home, like a false message post at my account, I use the normal bing app and edge app on my android tablet, only do those 150 searches at home, never mobile 100 searches as I don't own a mobile device, only wifi android tablets at home. I use their normal web searches offers, like in the edge or bing app on my android tablet, it bring up ideas to search, and I do my own web searches, but I don't understand why they are temp restricting accounts now for normal web access from home, I think its an error, since I didn't do anything to earn a bad message like that, I do use xbox insider xbox app on my pc, but that shouldn't of cause this right?

I tried to contact support, it said there was a message code, but they never seem to email my outlook email at all, or its very slow. has anyone here, also been having this problem with it this month, auto redeem will not stay set, and there is no good reason for them to be doing this, I don't use vpn or use dns over https which is a windows 11 feature, I am in USA, CA and use AT&T internet at home, that sort of wifi web I am working with. I am not sure but they might of temporarily retricted a lot of users after the Halloween movie redeems offers, are now gone, as expected, but there is also this message stuck under refer and earn page.

at one point, bing home page, changed my country location on its own, like next to my name where was a foreign language button, and it changed me from united states to United Arab Emirates on its own, as I am in USA, and that was strange, which was another country, I changed it back and reset the country to defaults, and cleared my edge browsers data. I also cleared the bing data from their history page, but it didn't help. also it changed it off of English, which I only read, so it was fun, trying to reset the reading language.
