    I am unable to redeem a code


    I purchased an 12 month xbox live card and i am unable to redeem it, every time that i type it in a box pops up that says "something went wrong on our end, please try again later". This has been ongoing for 2 days now, any help would be appreciated.

    How do I redeem a microsoft rewards code? I am unable to redeem the code. I have called support and they are unable to redeem the points. They advised me to put a post on how to redeem the points. Can you pls contact me to figure a way to redeem these

    hello, i was trying to redeem a code but it keeps telling me that something went wrong and i should try again later. Every time is the same and im getting so frustrated. can anybody help me please?

    On that page where you get the error message, is there an Error Code at the bottom that looks like "XBOS-XXXX or INVALIDXXX" or similar? If so can you please provide us that Code?

    Further check that page: https://account.microsoft.com/services if theres any past due showing on one of your subs / payment options.

    If there is please one showing please clear that to be able to redeem codes again. Info on how to do that can be found here: https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/pay-past-due-balance-on-xbox-subscription



    Also check that page if all your payment options are still valid and not expired: Sign in to your Microsoft account
