i am unable to play online with xbox live

    Unable to play online, there are 5 different accounts on the entertainment xbox and which all 5 are unable to play any games online. Microsoft and Xbox live is so broken, what kind of "experience" is this? No one able to play, and money put into xbox live
    gold to play "online" yet this happens. Amazing, well done!

    well as you all know that from 8 march to 10 march xbox live is free for everyone

    i am living in kenya,mombasa but i am unable to play any game online

    i am able to connect to xbox live and i am able to download any demo for the game

    but i am unable to use any app which need xbox live and i am unable to play games online

    please help me

    No, it boots up fine, it's just that it won't connect to Xbox Live. I am unable to play online, but I can play singleplayer games.
