    I am unable to play multiplayer games even though i am connected to the internet


    This morning my power went down and since then i have been unable to use multiplayer games i have ran the multiplayer tests the nat type test and the network connection test they have shown that i am connected and should be able to play online how ever i cant could use some help if your able to help out

    Thank you. None of that works. It sees my router,The connection test confirms I am connected but somehow Xbox Live Services says I am not connected to internet even though the internet connection test says I am.

    My account shows up for others that I am offline when I am online and I am unable to do multiplayer online with my friend on halo 5. It kicks me from the fireteam or just won't let me join the custom game. I have no restrictions on my account please help.
    Also it shows my internet and multiplayer connection is good.
