You would be on with PC players given it's not cross-play. Whilst Game Pass does cover both PC and Xbox, you would only be on with those on similar versions so PC-to-PC, Xbox-to-Xbox etc

Just a friendly reminder though that the game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game which means that even if you own the game on Xbox Console if you would like to play it on PC you will be needing to re-purchase the PC version of the game.

Also, the game is available on PC Game Pass through Ubisoft Connect which is a different launcher this means that you will be able to play the game on PC if you own the PC license or you own PC Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold (required to play online multiplayer on Xbox), Game Pass for Console, PC Game Pass, and EA Play (both for Xbox and PC).
