I am unable to login to my account and I am not getting the option to use a recovery email.

It says my account does not exist

Since my email was changed to the hackers email, I am unable to complete the account recovery form. Already tried that.

Thanks for the reply but i already reset my password through this. My problem is i am unable to change the recovery email that Hacker changed earlier. He still access my account as he got his email set as recovery email on my account.

Where were you unable to login? To the EA page? Let's see if they have an option for account recovery.

I have submitted about 4/5 account recovery forms, but even after giving as much information possible I am unable to get my account back

Ok so I am trying to recover two different accounts.

The first account is so old that I am pretty sure it was before that verification email requirement.

The second account is slightly newer and the primary email is an old college email address which I no longer have access to but on the bright side I have access to the secondary email and when I tried the recovery process trying to use my student email as
the primary and using the secondary for the recovery it still did not work.
