That being said, I take this opportunity to let you know that removing your account from the Xbox doesn't delete it permanently and if you remember the email address associated with the account, but not the password, you can reset it here:

However, if you don't remember the email, what I could suggest, and in case you didn't try, is to attempt to recover the account by submitting the account recovery form but using instead a previously created Skype username (which is not the same as our gamertag) or previously linked phone number.

No, I already signed up on that account and am paying for it actively. I can’t access the account now and I can’t login to cancel it either, that’s the issue.

I am online. I can’t remove my account from my xbox because then it will delete my home Xbox and the person I am game sharing with does not have anymore “switches”.

alright, when i login to the Microsoft billing portal at the bottom left i see English(United States) and i always thought it's only display language. However i have changed it now to Polish(which i am still learning)

In addition to that i made following changes as well,Removed my old credit card tied to India

added new card information related to Poland. I see 4 accounts under payments and billing IN - Personal Acocunt, PL - Personal Account and 1 US - personal and 1 US - Business. I selected PL account.

But when i re-login to the portal, the page is rest to English(United States) and account is changed to IN - Personal Account.

Is this normal or need to delete accounts?(could not find any way to delete that).

As far as chat support is concerned, for this issue they only asked me to check in forums or with activision as they were unable to resolve the issue.

I deleted my Mojang account (which still showed up as an option on the login screen), and now it seems to be working.
