Discus and support I am unable to log out of all sessions involved with xbox in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; my minecraft account was recently hacked and ive tried a lot of ways to block the hackers access i have tried to change passwords, 2FA, and logging out...     I am unable to log out of all sessions involved with xbox


    my minecraft account was recently hacked and ive tried a lot of ways to block the hackers access i have tried to change passwords, 2FA, and logging out of all sessions but nothing seems to work. But then i noticed that when i log out of all sessions it doesnt log out of the xbox account sessions which is the account connected to my minecraft. i dont know what to do and since the hackers might have used a session id stealer of some sort they might still have access to my account

    Thanks, however I am not sure of what you mean by "Home Xbox"

    We have one Xbox in one room and another Xbox in another room.

    We both have Xbox Live Gold Accounts.

    On the Xbox that she plays on, does not have me logged in

    On the Xbox that I play on, does not have her logged in.

    If I log into my Xbox first and start playing, then there is no issue

    If my wife logs first (on her Xbox) in or has not logged off the last session, then I am unable to start a game.

    Oh, I see. It can only be logged out if you can access the account on that specific device.
