    After a few years hiatus from playing Minecraft online, I recently tried to log into my Minecraft (on PlayStation,) account to play online and was told that another account was tied to it. I tried other Microsoft emails to see if I was making a mistake but it was just more of the same...

    I made contact with PSN support, to which they said to contact Mojang.

    I have made two attempts to reach out to Mojang.

    - The first attempt they said that I can unlink an account in game through a button in the settings menu, when I tried this, there was no option at all, just a button saying "sign in for free."

    - On my second attempt, they told me that in order to unlink an account I need to access the Microsoft account, to which they further added that I have been using the wrong Microsoft account that is linked to my PSN.

    How can I find out what Microsoft account is linked to my MINECRAFT/PSN account?

    I have also tried Microsoft account recovery several times, but was unable to remember enough info for the last email address I think could be tied into my Minecraft/PSN.

    I am worried that the Microsoft account that is tied to my PSN has been hacked, I have tried everything I can think of.

    Is there anyway I can actually talk to a human at Microsoft support? Has this happened to anyone else?

    I bought Minecraft for Xbox one but…

    I know but I can’t log into the account that owns the game. This current account and the one that owns Minecraft are tied to the same email. But I cannot remember the name of it. So I’m wondering if I can get the account that owns Minecraft’s name back so I can log in and reinstall Minecraft.

    Minecraft->Microsoft account migration woes

    Original username for the Minecraft account: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. Unchanged.

    Migration was successful. Tried to log in to Minecraft, got message: "Invalid email or password"

    Hm. Changed the hotmail password & used it to log in to hotmail again. Worked.

    Used same new password to log in to Minecraft, failed again same message: "Invalid email or password".

    I'm stumped.

    Is there a way to change the email associated with Microsoft Accounts / Xbox Live Accounts?

    You can change the email assoicated with an account if it isn't a Hotmail, Live, Outlook email address by logging in to
    accountservices.passport.net and clicking "Rename Account". However, if it is a Hotmail, Live, Outlook email then you are unable to change it.
