If you use The Xbox (Beta) App, try to change the settings: Settings->General->Drive Selection (select drive to install contents).

Or, press the Windows key and selecting Settings->System->Storage. Then select "Change" where new content is saved.

this error. Sadly I cannot find anything on this error even on there forums.
