I am unable to install a game

So I recently got a series x and tried to move Destiny 2 from an external drive to the interval on the Xbox, but when I tried moving it the game got stuck in the queue and then nothing happened. After waiting a bit and then restarting the console I decided to delete the game entirely and just redownload it on the internal drive. However, when I tried to download it some of the dlc got stuck in the queue and wouldn’t download. The game itself refused to go to the queue completely. When I check the game in the store it says it is installing and to view it in the queue, but when I go to the queue there is nothing there. So far I have been able to update and download other things, but when it comes to destiny 2 it just refuses and from this point I just don’t know what to do. I have restarted the console multiple times and destiny 2 still won’t install. If anyone has had a similar experience or knows how to fix this problem I would appreciate any help.

Can you unplug the external hard drive and Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Once done, please check if the issue still persist while the external hard drive is unplugged.

maybe it's just THAT install button on that page that isnt functioning. I would do a store lookup and try to install it from that page. it looks to me from the install button being present that it does recognize that account as the one who bought it

Hello, you have to go into your account and in your games ready for installation, you should find it without too much trouble. If not, restart your device.
