I am unable to deposit any rewards

For some reason I am unable to deposit any of my reward credits and it says that I need to update my banking info although it is already updated. My gamertag is . How do I fix this?

I got this email a few days ago regarding Rewards deposit error.

Please advise how could this be resolved?

Despite my information being correct I am still unable to receive my rewards deposit.
