    i am unable to connect to xbox live party on my xbox one and i dont think it has anything to do with the internet connection because this has been going on for about 4 days now and i was just wondering if you could be helped in any way

    here    , to give the community a better idea of your network setup? Also, is there anything else listed under the network connection test? Please list any other text that appears on screen.

    When I "Test XBOX Live Connection" I get through it with no errors. When I open the status after I get the above "Error Status Report". I cannot connect to anyone's party, private chat, game. Public games also take a very long time to find. I don't
    have the greatest internet, but this problem has just recently started. I have checked the status of my router and modem they are working fine. Laptop and DS can use this network with no issues. There has been no changes in the status of the network that may
    have cause this problem. I run a XBOX 360 Slim with a wireless connection. With a NETGEAR router and Verizon DSL Modem. Thank you, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    To be honest, I do not know what my ISP is claiming to provide to me. I am not the one that pays the bill, so I am unable to see what subscription we have. I believe that connection is good enough to connect to xbox live party, join session in progress,
    etc with my friends. At this point I have been unable to get my friends to do this. I honestly believe that they will have similar results.
