About the only thing you can do is find other with the same issue and play with them and have them post favorable posts on your behalf.

Can the system stop you from joining games all together? Because I cannot join any game so how can I improve my reputation if this is the case?

This link should give you an idea on how reputation works and how to improve your own.

Reputation is used by other users to prefer or avoid the user. Reputation defaults to five stars over time after the user has been preferred by at least one other user. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that if someone gives you reputation, it will
affect how you encounter them on an Xbox Live multi-player game. For example, if I give someone positive reputation and I am playing Call of Duty with them, I am more likely to play with them while searching for lobbies. On the contrary, if I were to give
someone negative reputation while playing Call of Duty with them, I am less likely to get matched with them. It may depend on the game as well.

Don't bother contacting the enforcement team, buddy. I posted a new topic a couple of weeks ago and it's still pending moderator approval. They would probably just respond with the same generic, copied and pasted messages that they always do.

Right... so there's been this strange occurrence with my account over the past several days. What has happened is that I was minding my own business, streaming movies on Netflix, then suddenly I was contacted by another player informing me that my reputation
was positive again. To my surprise, the player was correct; I was back under the "Good Player" category, and my reputation was green.

I attempted to search for a session on Titanfall immediately, but as always, due to the this avoided player matchmaking garbage, I sat there for 25 minutes and was unable to connect to any online sessions. That's strange though, considering at this point
I thought I was a "Good Player" again. I decided to turn off my console and hoped for the issue to resolve itself in the morning.

The following day, I awake to find my reputation has been placed in the red again, and I am now an "Avoid Me" player, as I was originally. This has happened twice now. It first occurred several days ago, and it then happened again last night. I can't quite
fathom what on earth is going on with this flawed reputation system...
