    I am unable to buy anything have almost 2 months!


    Basicallyat the start i tried to buy Lethal League Blaze at sale but it appeared a error message of my card information being invalid (which wasn't), i tried other three cards and all of them were invalid.

    Then i've contact you guys more than two times to try

    to fix and only 4 days after i've been able to buy it. But the game was crashed and i could'nt play multiplayer.
    Got my money back and put it into my microsoft balance to buy Sonic Mania as a gift.

    AGAIN it appeared a error telling "a error has ocurred by our part, try again later" and it has 6 days that i wait.

    Please fix this

    First, please log in to https://account.microsoft.com and make sure that your personal and billing info is correct and up to date and that there are no messages on your your account. While there you can make sure that your card is listed properly.

    If you still have trouble though you may want to consider getting in touch with support via online chat at https://support.xbox.com and click on Contact Us.
