    I am unable to access my Xbox Live Profile


    Hi all,

    When in my other account, everytime i try to click on the Xbox live account to access it, it will send me to this page : https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-child-to-family-account-on...

    This is very frustrating. When i wanted to click on this support forum page, it too sent me to that page above. Only when I created this new account was I able to access the forum and access the Xbox live account of this account.

    Please help. If you need the Xbox live account with problem, give me an email that I can contact privately and I'll share the details with you. Thank you.

    Dashboard lag

    I believe the pins are stored "In the Cloud"

    When my internet cut out, I rebooted my system, and was unable to access the internet. On my pins it said "Log in to Xbox Live to get your pins".

    May be something to do with that?

    It sounds like the account might be a child account. If you sign into the
    Family section     of your account do you see it reported as such?

    If you account is set up this way you would need the adult account listed in the Family to make any changes to your account.

    Post back and let us know what you find!

    Trying to recover my gamertag

    I appreciate the help.

    I did find what that link was saying, as for downloading the profile. I enter my windows live id information, and it downloaded the profile . This is my account from about 5 years ago, and no longer exists. My current acount so far I am unable to
    access because all it will give me is this acount which doesnt have xbox live, or any friends, games, gamerscore, etc. Any advice?

    Can't Sign In - A problem occured while signing in. Please try again. If problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support

    I am also unable to sign into any profiles, live or not. Can't even access settings as the xbox guide is currently unavailable.

    I did no deleting unlike the OP, I simpky turned it on like normal.

    Not sure how the stated xbox live alert applies to this. I can't even play a game offline at the moment.

    Disconnected from Xbox LIVE when I log into any live account

    I'm finally able to connect to Xbox LIVE while logged into an account however I am unable to download my profile now. When I tried to re-download my profile, as per Mister Fitzer's suggestion, my profile disappeared from the Xbox and I received error 800704DC.
    I am still receiving the error whenever I try to download the profile.

    My XBOX ONE club is gone. I was the admin and now it's gone??

    Yeah, I tried going to clubs I am admin of and I am unable to access them. So it is definitely and Xbox Live issue. Sorry about that!
