I am still having issues with this specific error message even after factory resetting and taking everything off my console. Since the problem is still here, I am thinking this might be some kind of hardware issue. The game I was having the most trouble with loaded up just fine the first time, but only the first time, when I loaded it up again a second time it refused to start. Thankfully, I have been planning on getting a new Xbox soon, so I guess this is good timing.

Yeah i always try to keep my Plasma cutter out at those times. For some reason i always take damage from that darn first boss. The parts that get me are the tight space encounters like the one in chapter 8 after you get passed the fat necro that if popped
will drop these little crawly things. Its funny because i always end up starting to panic when necros start running at me more so with the enhanced ones. I will have to get my head together for when i am reunited with the Ishimura

I had this same issue. I am not sure of a work around other than trying to get it again. I ended up playing that part all over again to try to get it. Something about that order glitches the quest. Hopefully you have time to rework it, and get the
achievement.

I read the part about the excluded. So if you played game and got those achievements before those achievements are excluded. Basically for new people that should buy the game or start playing it for the first time on gamepass

Thanks. I did try that and it works at first but as soon as I turn the console off the problem just resumes the next time I turn the console on.
