i am trying to see how to order another xbox one power cord that plug into the unit

Assuming you are the original owner, you can try a few things:

1) Try a new power cord.

2) Unplug the xbox from the wall, wait a few minutes then plug it directly back into the wall.

3)Don't plug it into a power strip.

4) make sure the power cord is firmly plugged into the back of the unit. If you can easily wiggle the connection at the unit, it's not firm.

5) Make sure there is aquedate airflow surrounding the unit.

Hello Sir, here are couple of good suggestions that worked for me when my console had the exact same problem. To start off you don't just want to go and buy a new power jack at first start cause if thats not your problem than your going to have to keep buying
power jacks. cause it will keep ruining your new ones. To start off try and un-plug EVERYTHING from your xbox360 elite, wait a few min then plug back in and see if that works. Or you can use this suggestion i used and I am still currently using this one, take
your xbox360 into another room and plug it in directly into the wall outlet, or take an exstention cord and plug that into another room. Have that exstention cord run all the way to your room and plug your power cord(xbox360 one) into the exstention cord.
I'm currently doing this now. Does not have to be in another room just another outlet that's not in your room, this is caused by your outlet not giving your xbox or your powerbox enough power to either be turned on or played on for more than15min. Please try

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with the power supply unit, do you know if the unit you purchased is a first party PSU or is it a third party unit? Have you already tried going through the same troubleshooter to see if troubleshooting the
PSU helps resolve this problem.

Also, if you are plugging in the power cord onto a surge protector remove it from the strip and plug it in directly to your wall outlet.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with downloading your account on the Xbox 360. Try this:

1. Turn off the console.
2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
3. Unplug the power supply from the electrical outlet, and then unplug the short cord from the power supply.
   
4. Plug the power cord back into the console, and then plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and the power supply. Make sure that all three power supply connections are firm.
   
5. Turn on the console and redownload your profile. (See
