    Me and my wife share this Xbox but have separate accounts on it with different emails, she has had game pass already but I want to also get it on my account. But when I try it says that my account is a child account and that I’ll have to ask for permission. I don’t understand how or what happened. Then when I go looking through my account settings I find a random account is apart of my “family”, but I have no idea who it is. How can I: (1) get rid of this rando account, (2) change my account to an adult one also: (3) and get game pass?

    I cannot refer a friend, have had Game Pass Ultimate for at least a year.

    Also, the website link tells me "Sorry, this offer is only available to paid PC Game Pass and Xbox Ultimate Game Pass Ultimate members. If you have purchased Game Pass in the last 7 days, please try again later."

    Neither of those apply to me, I am a member of Ultimate on PC and have had my account for a long time.

    Hello DragosFlorea, if you had a Game Pass subscription in your account and then purchased an Ultimate Game Pass, the normal Game Pass time you had was turned into Ultimate so you won't be able to request only the refund of the standard Game Pass.

    Yes I'm using the same account on my console and my PC.

    I just recently got my PC and this was the first time I was trying to use game pass on it. I'm subscribed to ultimate on my Xbox and was charged on 2/8/2022. When I tried to access game pass on my PC, it said I need to join Ultimate again so I did and now I see another charge on 2/28/2022. 17.84$ CAD everytime. Is Game Pass Ultimate on Xbox and Game Pass Ultimate on PC different?
