    Taptiles problems - we need your help!

    1. I am running Windows 8.1 Spring Update on HP 15 Touch Laptop (i5 Intel Processor, 8GB RAM)

    2. When I launch Taptiles, the purple splash screen appears briefly, then disappears and brings me to the Desktop

    Minesweeper Adventure

    I've enjoyed playing for a couple of days on my new Acer Ionia W3 with Win 8.1. Suddenly, trying to re-enter Adventure begins loading and then goes back to the Start screen. The game says it was updated yesterday. I played a daily challenge without any
    trouble but I didn't enjoy it very much and really want to play Adventure again.

    Win 8.1 upgrade breaks Minesweeper when system locale is Chinese

    As Boomer said, this is a known issue and I can assure you that I read these forums every day. I am the Community Manager at Microsoft for Windows 8 Casual Games and I submit bug reports as we get them.

    The Windows 8.1 upgrade does not break Minesweeper entirely as I have Minesweeper installed on both my 8.1 desktop here at work and my 8.1 personal laptop at home. As BoomerNT said, it may be a more complex issue that involves localization files.

    I will keep you posted if I hear anything else about this issue. I really want to get you back to playing our games. :)

    I get it as well along with 121010. I am definitely connected to the internet and am able to play Microsoft Mahjong without issues. Strange thing is this is only happening on my desktop but works fine on the laptop. Very frustrating because these codes
    don't even appear in Xbox or Microsoft anywhere. I noticed this started happening after the spring Windows update - but again that was updated on both desktop and laptop and only the desktop has been having issues.

    Taptiles Tries to Load and Goes to the Desktop Taskbar

    I am running an HP laptop with Windows 8.1. When I open taptiles it crashes to the desktop. This has been happening since 5/12/2014, I was playing like normal and closed the program and when I tried to open it again later it crashed to the desktop taskbar.
    I really enjoy this game and am very frustrated about the lack of response from MS. It would have been more professional of MS to have posted on this thread or at the store on the Taptiles page rather than leaving customers hanging in the wind.
