    I am trying to log into XBox Live without fail


    I am not good with technology, but I have bought by son an xbox live Gold card and followed all instructions to get it up and running, but when it comes to putting in my email and password into the xbox set up, it says that this email is used on another
    xbox live account????. Which I can assure that it is not?. Can anybody shed light on this please.

    There's something wrong with my profile when entry into the game and log into Xbox Live the game crashes.

    I have downloaded the profile from the game menu without logging in Xbox One after the profile download ends and log into Xbox live also fails.

    This bug was present when he was playing a horde in split screen locally.

    cannot accept new terms and agreements because i forgot the password to the parental account

    i would do this. but i cannot even log into xbox live on my console without first logging in with the parent account and accepting the new terms of use. but i cant do this because i lost the password, failed in trying to reset the password, and is also not
    recognizing the account.

    WELL, that would make sense....except....when you are testing your connection you do it without being logged into your profile. test after test....fails to connect to xbox live.....

    I also am presented a screen where I must update whenever I try to log on to xbox live, but every time I try, it fails. I've tried everything except the offline system update diagnostic tool because my OS version isn't listed. My xbox OS version is 6.2.11499.0

    What should I do? I can only currently play offline and my xbox live is steadily running out.
