Discus and support I am trying to connect my sons three xbox360 sets to xbox live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my son has an xbox one s which is connected to xbox live. i have taken out xbox live gold but cannot connect the other three xbox 360 set to xboxlive....     I am trying to connect my sons three xbox360 sets to xbox live


    my son has an xbox one s which is connected to xbox live. i have taken out xbox live gold but cannot connect the other three xbox 360 set to xboxlive. one of the error codes show 807B01F7

    "Microsoft account associated with another Xbox live profile. Try another profile." - What the hell do I do? I havent a clue and just trying to get this crap set up for my son to play!

    So my son has set up a few profiles on the game console. I set up a microsoft live account and even redeemed the xbox live one month code that came with the xbox360. trying to sign in and get the above message about using another profile. WTF? Now what?
    I am so aggravated I want to spit nails!

    Matchmaking Service Alert

    I have just bought an xbox360 for my 8 year old son. I am trying to connect to xbox live but at very end of log in steps is says xbox live not available at this time. The Test Xbox live connection works fine, so wireless is working. It does have a Matchmaking
    service alert. Is this the problem?

    Anyway to get better internet connection on 2nd Xbox?

    Is your sons xbox on a wired connection that goes to the router? If so then you definitely want to work with MS and Virgin. If its on a wireless connection to the router then try a powerline adapter. I use that for my sons xbox360 and his connection is
    great. Also my home computer uses another powerline adapter and when I'm on my computer me son has never complained about network performance. Also what kind of router do you use? I am using an Asus Nighthawk AC wireless router.

    No xbox live connection

    I am currently connected to xbox live with my son's old 360 but cannot connect with xbox1s, so much for new technology.

    So what gives, must be a setting in 1s console?

    ad-hoc to stream video, without router or internetconnection?

    I have set up an ad hoc network on my laptop sharing out my internet connection and it works well with other laptops etc. When I try to connect my xbox360 to it, it will see the network and connect but then it will not connect to the internet and xbox live
    when asked to do so.

    Have you gotten closer to a solution?
