I am trying to check on my Xbox account that someone changed the email on.

I am trying to recover it and it has been 3 weeks since I submitted the request to Xbox. While they have continued to charge me for my live membership, someone else is using the games I have purchased. Since they changed the email, I don’t have access to the email.

This has been a nightmare and I can never get a PERSON to help me. Such ****

Josef im starting to think you are a BOT cause you are giving away the most idiotic answers, if he's asking for help cuz someone changed his account email, why the hell would you ask if he has access to that account? you did the same stupid thing on another post giving a form for account recovery while the user doesn't even know to wich email his minecraft is attached to, **** is wrong with you, i really hope you are a bot cuz if you are not, then this forum is in GREAT trouble.

To avoid incoming charges / more unauthorized charges I can advise you to contact your bank and ask them to give you a new card and delete/block the current one

Or you can ask them to block all incoming charges from Microsoft
