"I am trying to change my profile picture on xbox.com

I can easily change my xbox live profile picture...(zombie avatar) but when I log in to xbox.com, "that " profile's picture is of a picture of a scooter... and for the life of me I just cant find the link to change it... Please help.

Gamerpicture Not Showing Up

I had purchased the "MLG Gameplay Roles Pic Pack" on 10/3/2011...I changed my gamer picture to the bait picture. So every time I log in to xbox.com or my other profile--it shows the Nin-jump picture with the guy laughing instead of my MLG picture. Why isn't
my gamer picture changing? change gamer picture and personal picture are the bait MLG picture. Same with my bio, I might change my bio on xbox.com--then when I log on to my xbox--the bio is not changed.

 

Making Changes to Gamer Pic Avatar That's next to Gamer Tag

I finally found the Edit Gamer Profile screen. I'm on a windows 8 PC trying to make changes to the gamer picture of my Avatar. It still won't let me change the picture. It tells me to go on my X Box 360 console setting, edit profile, gamer picture. I use
a PC. My set profile screen lets me edit my avatar, then save. It doesn't change the gamer picture at all. Got any ideas?

 

Help = Buy an Xbox One. Problem solved.

 

^^ OK, I'll write it out. The random generated profile picture that shows up can be changed if you have an Xbox One.... that is the only way to change that. Hence.... buying an Xbox One = problem solved.

 

I don't have a X1, nor is my profile picture randomly generated. I select it myself via the settings tab on my 360 console. = Problem solved!

 

OP, I have no idea as to how to change the picture via Xb web site, but if you have gamer pictures on your 360 console.

Settings >profile >edit profile >gamer picture >change gamer picture (This is the one which will show up here on the forums.. Takes an hour or more for the changes)

Or >change personal picture. (Which will show on the console itself.)

This is how I change my picture for both the console and my forum picture.

You can DL free gamer pictures etc by going to games via the console. Click search and then enter >free gamer pictures< and/or themes. Hope this helps!

 

As I've mentioned (twice now), the only way to change the picture that shows up here:
account.xbox.com/.../Profile is to have an Xbox One.

 

Never clicked onto anyone's profile before, and thus stand corrected. My bad!
