I am tired of these suspensions

Discus and support I am tired of these suspensions in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I recently got communications suspended.     I am tired of these suspensions


    I recently got communications suspended. I know that it means that I'm not able to chat with other people, but I know that I can still play online. Today (9/11/17) i was playing online multiplayer all day until 9:30pm i got a message saying that because
    of my past behavior im not allowed to play online. What's more dumb is that i received that suspension on september 9, 2017. NOT ONLY THAT i have not used profanity or sexually lewd comments for over two months because of my last suspension which taught me
    a lesson. PLEASE LIFT THIS BAN I GOT IT IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AND ABUSE OF POWER.

    Tired of these updates!!!!

    I've posted this before when there was 5 updates a week, and got no satisfactory answer. But I am extremely upset that I keep getting kicked out of online games with prompt, "Time to update". Then have to wait the 20 min to install/apply. I want to quit
    this stupid early access program, what good is it really, but it says it will delete all hard drive...which all I have is digital games???!!!

    Is there any way to make this at least stop kicking me out of online games? Or if someone from xbox reads this please fix.

    Just to add,there is no time limit on when you can be suspended/banned for a offence so this recent suspension could be for something you did several weeks ago or even longer.
