I am thinking of buying this...

Would you consider this a full game? If so, about how many hours would I get out of this game without it being over repetitive?

Totally. I spend a 6 hours a day when I am not working playing this game. So much fun. If you pick it up add me and we can play.

 

It's totally worth the $40 price tag plus free DLC's. They have a bunch of fun modes with 8 different classes to use with about 7 variants of each. For me it's pretty addictive with tons of unlockables. Right now I have close to 200 hours clocked in on this
game

 

I have +250 hours and still playing

 

IMHO it only gets repetitive if you play Garden Ops too much. But I love this game... completely worth it.

 

Omg yes! this is such an awesome games um it's well worth it and you'll get plenty of playtime, there is lots fo stuff to do and lots of things to unlock on there. I couldn't stop playing it,it's just so much fun and it doesn't take itself seriously like
Call of Duty or battlefield

I agree. I was completely addicted to Titanfall... was... until I got to Gen 9 and just got completely sick of yet again sitting at level 50 doing nothing but waiting to finish
1 or 2 ridiculous challenge(s) before I can regen again. What a grind.

After a few nights of having more frustration than fun, I decided to put in PvZ (it had been sitting there barely touched) and take a break from TF. Take the fact that it's a lot
of hilarious fun [because it doesn't take itself seriously] and combine that with the fact that you can get "Skip Challenge" (in addition to tons of other) stickers when you have earned enough coins to buy sticker packs and you have the perfect solution to
TF burnout, IMO.

In fact I don't see me going back to TF anytime soon, unless they come up with some seriously amazing DLC or something.

^^ Yes, it's called Garden Ops. You play as plants and you try to hold off waves of zombies. It's very similar to ME3's co-op mode.

 

Buyers beware - This game requires a constant connection to EA servers to play. I have not been able to play a complete online co-op game because EA servers connection drop mid-game and the game just stops and then shows the home screen. The problem is not
my network or internet connection. I play at my office after hours and we have enterprise bandwidth (1Gbps) and dependability. I wish I could get a refund - I told myself I'd never buy another EA game after all the problems I had with Spore - I should take
my own advice.

 

Your bandwidth has something to do with the problem but your PING has everything to do with the problem as well as EA's servers...

@TCM also the splitscreen (couch co-op) is an endless wave after wave of zombies until you cannot complete.

 

As others have said, totally worth it, Titanfall is fun but there is really no variance between characters. Each character of the 8 base classes plays completely different from all of the others. Plenty of unlockables and replayability with this game. last
I checked I had about 100 hours and I'm just now unlocking my final character pieces for the pre-expansion group. Also with the classic and welcome mat game modes you are never "behind" by starting to play now.
