I am suspended for something I messaged someone in 01/2016

Why would I be suspended for some message I can't even retrieve because it was made too long ago to see in my messages on xbone, the email I received from the enforcement Dept just said that i made a communication on January 2016 and I am being suspended
for 2 weeks for it. I am pretty furious right now. I also called the call center last night and this guy "Mac" was the most unhelpful person I've ever talked to in customer service. He said he'd have someone call me back and never did. I'm about to just sell
my Xbox after being a customer since highschool. Please help.

There is no time limit on when you can suspended for a violation of the ToU/CoC.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums you would need to go to the enforcement site
here for more info & to file for a case review if eligible.

You may also be eligible for a case review - if this is the case it'll also be there alongside the suspension details. Note that this is the only way to contact the Enforcement team.

I tried that I answered all the trick questions and kept getting them wrong. The guy from the call center said they're "made to be tricky". So now it's saying have to wait 24 hours. Is there no one from the enforcement team that can help me on here. This
is frustrating.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review would be the only way to have them look into it.

 

So why did they wait until now to suspend me?

 

I have no idea. I'm wondering if it's just a typo.
